What You'll Be Doing As a Versatile Role Player, you'll wear many hats to ensure the smooth operation of our bar and grill. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring top-notch culinary standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service to create a memorable dining experience.
- Supporting the team in various roles, from front-of-house to back-of-house tasks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
- Collaborating with team members to uphold our high standards of quality and service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role.
- A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different tasks and challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent food and service.
- A willingness to learn and grow with us.
