Project Management and Planning Operations Sr Analyst

Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end development of proposals, including scope definition, technical approach, and cost narrative. Update BOE models that capture labor, material, and non‑labor estimates for Weapons Secure and Infrastructure & Capabilities (WSIC) projects. Validate assumptions, incorporate risk/contingency, and produce supporting documentation required for contract award. Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of WSIC projects within the assigned area of responsibility. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Proficient in complex problem solving requiring multidisciplinary thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team‑based environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Desired Skills Experience in proposal development for sustainment and/or LE2 CLINs. Experience with genBOE Tool or proposal development. Experience with presenting data to senior management and stakeholders. Active DoD security clearance. Clearance Level: Secret Location & Work Schedule Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite full‑time. The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week to condensed schedules, providing employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to paid time off benefits.
