Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy sessions, and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Assist clients in crisis situations by utilizing crisis intervention techniques, offering immediate support and guidance in a compassionate manner.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, treatment strategies, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Soulful Serenity, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
