• Industry Veterans: 5+ years of leadership in a Manufacturing warehouse/logistics environment (Life Sciences or Tech preferred).
• The "Quality" Mindset: Proven experience managing inventory and shipping under strict GMP, ISO, or FDA regulatory frameworks.
• Onsite Commitment: Ability to lead from the front, 100% onsite at Bay Area production facilities.

salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Facility Ownership: You will lead onsite teams (15-40+ headcount), enforcing safety (Cal/OSHA) and maintaining "audit-ready" facility standards 24/7.
• Logistics & Trade Compliance: You will act as the steward for high-value goods, ensuring 100% adherence to ISO 13485 , FDA QMSR , or ITAR export controls.
• Inventory & Systems: You will own the data integrity within the ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or NetSuite), driving cycle count accuracy above 99.5%.
• Strategic Integration: You will sit at the table with Production and Quality heads to ensure the warehouse never becomes a bottleneck for the manufacturing line.
