RN - Operating Room (OR)

Position: Day/Evening Rotating Nurse (combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts to equate 40 hrs/week) D/E rotating, call as needed, weekend as needed. Not guaranteed 4 10s.

This position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, which may be fulfilled through one of the following schedule options:

• Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s)
• Five 8-hour shifts (5x8s)
• Two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts (2x8s + 2x12s)

*Please note that the schedule will be a combination of the above three shift options and will vary based on unit need.

Call: typically, staff sign up for 2-3/4-week schedule period. Depending on the shift, it may be requested to pick up the following calls:

• Evening-1500-2300
• Night 2300-0700
• Weekend 0700-1900, 1900-0700

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• BCLS certification required
• Circulate and scrub experience is preferred
• EPIC experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a day/evening rotating schedule.
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
