Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details

* Process orders, returns, and service requests with a high level of accuracy

* Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system

* Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude

* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution

Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

* Ability to multitask and work independently

Additional Details:

* Located in Carlsbad, San Diego

* Contract to hire role

* Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST

* Onsite schedule, Full-time role

* Compensation: $22.00 per hour
