About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the product marketing function, with a focus on driving growth, conversion, and retention. This role is pivotal in owning the company's positioning and messaging across diverse nonprofit audiences, defining the Product-Led Growth strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. The Head of Product Marketing will also be tasked with team leadership, strategy, and scalable operations, as well as establishing clear, data-driven KPIs for product marketing initiatives. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in product marketing leadership, particularly in SaaS, B2B, or B2B2C environments. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in management, process design, and a deep understanding of Product-Led Growth. The ideal candidate will be highly data-driven, with exceptional analytical abilities, and possess outstanding narrative and messaging capabilities. Experience in Fintech, Philanthropy tech, Nonprofit tech, or specialized SaaS verticals is a plus. The Head of Product Marketing will be expected to work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, and should be adept at cross-functional orchestration to achieve commercial goals.
