Location: Highlands, NC
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab Services team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients admitted to the hospital with a strong rehabilitation mindset, focusing on comprehensive treatment plans and interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans for patients.
- Implement tailored therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure holistic patient care.
- Utilize available equipment effectively, including a fully equipped rehab gym.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must possess a valid state license in Occupational Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
