This includes transforming the HR function into a strategic ally, designing a people-centric strategy that nurtures a distributed and performance-driven workforce, and establishing an integrated HR technology ecosystem that utilizes AI, analytics, and automation. The role also encompasses the evolution of a strong, values-driven culture, the enhancement of leadership capabilities, and the management of change initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history in leading HR transformation, with extensive experience in modernizing HR infrastructure for a large, rapidly growing organization, coupled with profound knowledge of people analytics, organizational design, and the strategic application of AI in HR. Comfort in a dynamic, entrepreneurial atmosphere is essential, along with exceptional communication and influence skills necessary to engage at the Board level.
