You're diligent, reliable, and aligned with our core beliefs around teamwork, inclusivity, respect, passion and FUN!ResponsibilitiesFollow Tokyo Joes operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shiftDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Make the availability of fresh ingredients possible on a daily basis.Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely mannerQuickly and accurately prepare food itemsFollow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipmentMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and/or breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areasEffectively handle guest concerns and complaintsWork as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shiftActs with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of Tokyo JoesMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctualityContributes to a positive team environmentKnowledge/Skills/RequirementsExcellent guest service skills required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8+ hours per shift.Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.Ability to work with sharp kitchen tools when in a prep position.
