The Blossoms at Dierks Rehab & Nursing Center
Job Summary:
The Blossoms at Dierks Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a fundamental member of our care team, you will provide exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in discharge planning and coordination with families and caregivers
Maintain a clean and safe environment , adhering to our facility's infection control and safety standards
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts , including weekends and holidays
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a supportive environment
