- 3+ years in customer operations, order management, logistics, supply chain, or distribution
- Customer orders from release through shipment
- Vendor compliance and routing guide experience (Kohl's, Ross, Amazon, etc.)
- Chargeback prevention and resolution
- Warehouse and transportation coordination
- Excel and ERP/WMS/TMS systems
- Team lead, supervisor, or management experience
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate order execution, vendor compliance, routing, shipping documentation, and on-time delivery for wholesale and ecommerce customers including major retailers.
