Job Overview

Complete Quality is seeking reliable  Sanitation/Janitorial   to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for cleaning and sanitation services within a warehouse and production environment. Contractors will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work areas while supporting operational cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Compensation:  Approx. $16 hourly| Paid weekly via 1099

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

3:30PM to 11:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, equipment, workstations, restrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct industrial cleaning duties, including degreasing, disinfecting surfaces, and waste removal.
• Maintain sanitation standards in production and warehouse areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other sanitation tools.
• Remove trash and recyclables and maintain designated waste disposal areas.
• Keep warehouse aisles, storage locations, and workspaces free of debris and safety hazards.
• Move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, including heavy lifting when required.
• Follow site-specific safety and sanitation procedures.
• Complete assigned sanitation tasks efficiently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with onsite management regarding sanitation needs or concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or processing environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must clear Background and Drug test.
• Must comply with all site safety requirements and operational guidelines.
• Steel toe boots and safety vest.
