Lead Dental Assistant

Chairside assisting for crowns, fillings, implants, endodontics, and general dentistry
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms in accordance with our Comprehensive Standard
Manage clinical inventory, supplies, and back-office organization efficiently
Support sedation and surgical procedures with precision and professionalism
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidence throughout treatment
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members
Participate actively in weekly team meetings and quality improvement reviews
Train and mentor dental assistants to uphold clinical and service excellence

full-time $25 - $27 per hour

Monday through Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday through Sunday: Closed

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Implant Dentistry

Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience
Proficient in assisting with endodontics, crowns, fillings, and implants
Familiarity with digital dental systems and modern workflows
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive, professional communication style
Current Utah radiology and CPR certifications

Experience in sedation dentistry or surgical dental environments
Leadership or mentorship experience in a dental setting
