Your role and responsibilities include employing our innovative platform and your personal network to identify promising healthcare candidates, initiating contact with potential candidates, coordinating appointments between candidates and our seasoned recruiters, actively following up with leads to sustain engagement and assist throughout the hiring journey, keeping our applicant tracking system updated with accurate and current information, and earning incentives based on meetings arranged, interviews facilitated, and successful hires resulting from your efforts.
