Oncology Service Line Manager40 Hours per weekDay ShiftJob Summary: The Oncology Service Line Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, quality, and regulatory leadership of the Merle M. Mahr Cancer Center, including Hematology/Oncology, Radiation Oncology and Palliative Medicine Physician Practices, Infusion Services, and Radiation Therapy. This position coordinates daily operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cancer care through effective leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.Contributes to and supports the hospital's mission, strategic goals and policies and procedures. Demonstrates knowledge of and integrates the use of evidence-based outcomes for clinical performance as needed to meet service line strategic quality and safety goals.Education QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing.
