We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team! This role requires weekend availability and covers a 7 AM to 3 PM shift or a 3 PM to 11 PM shift.

In this role, you’ll be the face of the hotel—welcoming guests, managing reservations, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure every stay is a great one. If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

$18 per hour

Eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment

Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide every guest with a warm welcome during check-in and a smooth departure experience at check-out, ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests with questions about bookings, rates, amenities, availability, rewards programs, and special requests (in person, online, and by phone)
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arriving guests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information and assist with general bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of hotel or related experience preferred
• Comfortable handling phone calls and high-pressure situations
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation systems
