Job Title: Physical/Occupational Therapist, PRN Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our Home Health Care team. As a Home Health Care Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function.
