Head of Aircraft Structures & Backshops

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Structures & Backshops Manager to lead the maintenance department, including composite, sheet metal, interiors, and the Backshops. You will supervise Leads, coordinate aircraft structural repairs and modifications, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with company policies and FAA/OSHA guidelines. The role requires at least 5 years of diversified large-aircraft maintenance experience and 3 years in a supervisory capacity, with an A&P certificate #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
