As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Physician Services, you'll provide primary and consultative care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with the autonomy to focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that improves comfort, function, and quality of life.In this role, you'll conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, develop and manage individualized treatment plans, prescribe and monitor medications, and coordinate closely with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
