Geriatric Care Physician - Full-Time or Part-Time Leominster, MA

Reliant Medical Group, an Optum company, is seeking a BC/BE Geriatric Medicine Physician or an Internal Medicine Physician with a strong interest in Geriatrics to join our expanding post-acute and long-term care team serving a skilled nursing facility in Worcester, Massachusetts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who is passionate about caring for older adults and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams. Providers will deliver comprehensive medical care in Skilled Nursing Facilities, helping to improve quality of life and health outcomes for a complex geriatric population.
