Client Service Coordinator Needed

Banfield Pet Hospital in Denton is looking for a passionate customer service professional who must love pets.

The Client Service Coordinator ("CSC") drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team, ensures good communication with associates and clients, and coordinates the care of clients and pets in a happy, welcoming, friendly and efficient manner, influencing clients to return and refer their friends and families.

Responsibilities include actively recruiting new clients by promoting hospital services, managing the finances, conducting administrative functions, and other job duties as assigned.

Special working conditions include the ability to work at a computer for long periods of time, confidence around pets, and the possibility of working more than 40 hours per week, including special hours such as weekends and evenings.

Education and experience preferred include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year related experience with customer service, and a medical background with medical terminology training.

The pay range for this role is $15.39 - $19.67 Hourly.
