Epilepsy/Neurophysiology-EEG SpecialistOchsner LSU Health Shreveport and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center – Shreveport are currently seeking an Epilepsy/Neurophysiology-EEG Specialist to join our outstanding Academic Neurology department and Level 4 NAEC-accredited Epilepsy Center. Must be BC/BE and be eligible for a Louisiana license. Leadership opportunities available to qualified candidates.Key Responsibilities:Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with neurological conditions.Medical student and Neurology resident education, including supervision in clinics, grand rounds, Epilepsy conferences and didactic.Participation in departmental activities and contributing to the growth of the Epilepsy program.Mentoring and providing clinical expertise to faculty and residents.Resources & Facilities:Level 4 National Association of Epilepsy Centers-accredited Epilepsy Center with 5 adult EMU bedsMulti-disciplinary CareAcademic Medical department with the largest concentration of Subspecialty Neurologists in the Ark-La-Tex region.School of Medicine Faculty and collaborations with the Graduate School and Allied HealthCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary package, including a guaranteed base salary.Supplemental pay based on productivity and potential grant funding.Opportunities for academic and professional development.J-1 visa sponsorship is available.Potential for startup package for qualified candidates.Are you ready to make a difference?
