If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking Shop Foremans. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform preventative maintenance. Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies. Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize manufacturing processes.
