Job Summary
Ellis Home and Garden in Beaumont, TX is now accepting applications for Cashiers/Stock Associate position. This position will help operate our store on a day-to-day basis. Ellis Home and Garden is a family-owned and operated business that offers flexible scheduling, a family-oriented atmosphere, and a great working environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
Cashiers will be the face of the company and usually the first person that our customers see when they come to our store. Cashiers are responsible for greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, answering phone calls, and any other assigned duties. The Stock Associate will be responsible for helping customers throughout the store, stocking & pricing merchandise, along with other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred
• Lifting 50+/- pounds periodically (Stock Associate)
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions periodically
• Computer proficiency required
• Retail point of sale experience preferred
• Cash handling experience (Cashier position)
• Must be available Nights & Weekends
• Must be 18 years of age

Pay starting $12.00 per hour
