Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical and office teams to ensure client comfort, safety, and well-being. Working on-site only in Grand Saline, TX, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
2. Providing personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support.
3. Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping tasks.
4. Offering medication reminders to ensure proper adherence.
5. Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
6. Ensuring client comfort, safety, and well-being at all times.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience as a caregiver or CNA is preferred.
2. A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to follow care plans and instructions.
4. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.

Bonus If You:

1. Have a certification in CPR or First Aid.
2. Are bilingual, speaking languages in addition to English.
3. Possess specialized training in caring for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Grand Saline, Texas.
