You Have: 8+ years of experience in software development 6+ years of experience with Java, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, or RESTful web services 3+ years of experience with a modern JavaScript framework, such as React.js, Vue, and Angular.js, including responsive, accessible UI development Experience using an AI-IDE like Claude Code or CursorExperience with database design, including writing and optimizing SQL such as Oracle or PostgreSQLExperience working with legacy Java technologies, such as J2EE, JSP, or Servlets, and developing migration strategies to modern frameworks Experience providing production support and issue resolution Knowledge of containerization and cloud deployment, such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure, and DevOps tools and practices, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Atlassian Suite of tools, including Jira and Confluence Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or JavaScript testing librariesExperience with stored procedures and advanced database performance tuning Experience working with federal health agenciesVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
