Life Insurance PTO Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and personalities Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts Responsibilities: Supervise daily production operations and oversee shift employees Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met Train, coach, and support new and existing team members Monitor safety practices and enforce company policies and procedures Coordinate employee schedules, workstation assignments, and rotations Communicate production issues and updates with management as needed Does this sound like the position for you?
