Cathedral Health Care Center – Jasper, IN

Cathedral Health Care Center, a respected skilled nursing facility in Jasper, IN, is seeking Part-Time Dietary Aides and Cooks to join our dedicated dietary services team. These roles are perfect for individuals who are passionate about serving others, enjoy working in a team environment, and are looking for flexible part-time schedules.

Available Part-Time Positions

Part Time
PRN

Dietary Aide – Key Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and timely service.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Serve resident meal trays and assist with dishwashing.
Ensure meals meet residents’ nutritional and dietary needs.

Cook – Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals following menus and dietary guidelines.
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and special diet orders.
Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
Coordinate food production with scheduled meal times.

Qualifications (Both Roles)

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience in food service or healthcare dining preferred (required for Cooks).
Culinary school training a plus (Cook role).
