Desktop Support Technician
University at Buffalo
The University at Buffalo's Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences IT unit seeks a Desktop Support / User Support Technician. You will be the primary contact for PC hardware, networking, and application issues for students, faculty, and staff, performing issue determination, ticket logging, escalation as needed, and direct operational support. This is a full-time, in-office role with core hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, located at 955 Main Street. #J-18808-Ljbffr
