(*Based on experience) Our Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining a clean restaurant and cleaning back of house dishes. In a fast-paced environment. As a crucial part of the team, you will work in coordination with the restaurant team to assist and ensure that customers have a wonderful experience from the moment they walk in the door, by helping keep the restaurant clean and beautiful. As a Dishwasher you will have responsibilities such as: Completing cleaning and sanitation duties including: mopping restaurant floors Wiping down and sanitizing tables and countertops Set-up and stock stations with necessary supplies Cleaning and maintaining prep areas. supporting other kitchen staff by cleaning dishes and keeping up with a fast-paced environment. Performing other kitchen duties as assigned Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines And be able to meet physical requirements such as: The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to reach, bend, and twist as needed. Ability to use hands to control, feel, and operate tools and objects.
