In this role, you will work | | | with the lead pizza maker/cook in | | | the kitchen. The ideal candidate | | | will support the lead cook | | | through a variety of tasks | | | including maintaining an | | | efficient and clean workspace, | | | handling food safely, and | | | supporting the head cook by | | | preparing ingredients and | | | supplies in advance. | | | | | | Duties | | | | | | Food Preparation - Weigh, slice, | | | process, grate food items. | | | | | | Station Setup and Stocking - | | | Refill assembly line containers | | | with fresh toppings, cheese, and | | | sauce in advance of busy times. | | | | | | Portion dough into uniform balls, | | | assist with crust preparation, | | | apply toppings. | | | | | | Package orders to go ensuring | | | essential items are included in | | | packaging. | | | | | | Sanitation - Will maintain | | | kitchen cleanliness standards | | | including clean and sanitize prep | | | tables, cutting boards and other | | | areas where food is prepared or | | | held. | | | | | | Inventory Management - As | | | assigned, will keep track of | | | inventories required for daily | | | meal preparation.
