Sr. Analytics and Reporting Engineer

Description: Details as follows:
Perform original quantitative research, including acquisition of domain knowledge, determination of important research questions, data collection and manipulation, statistical analysis, and technical writing and presentation
Write R or Python code using current best practices, including reproducible research and web-based data visualization
Think abstractly about solutions to problems and how to creatively meet client needs within resources and data quality constraints
Work with large, complex data sets in databases and text files
Communicate and coordinate effectively with program/product manager
Iterate dynamically on alpha concepts and prototypes based on user testing and feedback
Requirements:
A Bachelors or higher with 10+ years of professional experience
Demonstrated experience with statistics, modeling and analysis to perform self-directed hypothesis-driven research
Experience with programming and software development, including Python, R, or another high-level language used in statistical computing
