Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting surgeons and healthcare team members during orthopedic surgical procedures
• Preparing and maintaining operating room sterility and readiness
• Utilizing up-to-date skills as a strong Orthopedic-focused Surgical Technologist/Certified Surgical Technologist (ORT/CST)
• Managing surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
• Adapting to the pace and protocols of a high-performing surgical environment

Qualifications:

• Current CST or ORT certification
• Strong orthopedic surgery experience required
• Previous experience in a fast-paced operating room preferred
• Ability to respond effectively to urgent and changing situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
