The role We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Denver team and support our sales reps with the day-to-day details that keep orders, deliveries, and production on track. This is a highly organized, detail-driven admin role. You'll work closely with our reps, production team, and leadership to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're the person who catches errors before anyone else does and genuinely enjoys keeping complex, moving pieces organized, this role is built for you. What you'll do Handle order entry accurately and on time Support reps: send sample boxes and respond to delivery updates and shipping issue requests Manage and organize product imagery. Gather and maintain image folders for sales reps Process order corrections after the order deadline (e.g. changed delivery dates), coordinating closely with the sales team Join production meetings to help resolve order issues that come up after the deadline What you bring Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you catch the small things before they become big problems Comfortable tracking multiple reps' orders and details at once, without losing anything Clear, proactive communication with reps, production, and leadership Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel A steady, calm approach when things get busy or plans change last-minute Genuine interest in admin, operations and/or logistics.
