Dental Hygienist

Job Overview Position: Dental Hygienist Location: Water Tower Dental Care, 141 N. 50th Ave, Brighton, CO Schedule: Full Time – 4 days per week Sign‑On Bonus: $8,000 Responsibilities Provide patient care as an integral member of the patient care team, ensuring patients receive the time and care they need, deserve, and desire. Conduct dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and documentation of patient medical history. Utilize the practice’s advanced technology, including Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Participate in the hygiene mentor program and ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills. Attend virtual or in‑person training sessions as required throughout the year. Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Colorado. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, where required. Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures. CPR certification. Preferred: 1+ year(s) of clinical experience. Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs. Ability to provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year. Completion of a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to starting employment (required for all new hires in dental office positions).
