About The Role VNA Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses LPNs to join our Needham team for a 24 40 hour weekday schedule conducting Home Health visits No prior Home Health experience is necessary as full training will be provided The LPN will work in and around Newton Wellesley Needham offering care and support to patients in need Pay Pay Range 3269 4760 plus mileage reimbursement Qualifications Completion of an LPN Program is required Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in Massachusetts Responsibilities Work 3 to 5 days per week Monday Friday between 8a 430p with no weekend shifts Provide care and assistance to patients with various medical needs including but not limited to wounds wound vacs trach and suctioning catheters ostomies phlebotomy CHF COPD and diabetes Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high quality patient care Participate in an extensive Home Health orientation program work with a preceptor in the field for 6 8 weeks and receive support from an Educator while learning time management and the EMR system; Home Care Home Base Benefits A competitive benefits package starting from Day 1 including Medical Dental Vision 401K Tuition Reimbursement Generous PTO Holiday time Company Culture VNA Care values a supportive and ongoing learning environment for all its team members #J-18808-Ljbffr VNA Care
