Title - Inventory Control Coordinator
Location - San Clemente, CA 92672
Duration - 4 Months (Possibility of extension)
Shift - 1st shift - 8 am to 5 pm, M-F
Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Vertical Description:

• The Operations Inventory Control Coordinator I will support and manage the Inventory and accuracy of materials across operations.
• Works with cross functional teams to order, receive, stock, and stage the appropriate amount of inventory.
• Works with the appropriate personnel to resolve any variances in the inventory count, ensure appropriate adjustments are done.

Calculations and data entry.

• Maintain orderly workspace, meeting deadlines and communicating well with cross functional teams Assists in maintaining stock of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods as needed to support build plan.
• Works with warehouse personnel to replenish raw materials inside the clean room materials room, to support build plan.
• Responsible for stocking and maintaining WIP inside the clean room materials room.
• Supports production build plan and setting up appropriate Kanban levels and staging for clean room.
• Supports operations team by maintaining inventory accuracy in the clean room.
• Supports inventory requests.
• Ability to perform basi.
• Uses Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle to complete document reviews, training, and check inventory.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Work with cross-functional members.
• Lift product (up to 20 lbs) as necessary to do the physical count.
• Able to perform the job in a quality system and regulated environment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills - use time efficiently and effectively.
• High School Diploma Required
