Posted 2 weeks ago About this role Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children and adolescents. This role plays a critical part in supporting skill development, communication, and positive behavior across home, school, and clinical settings. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA Provide one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to children and adolescents Collect and record accurate data on client progress during sessions Assist with skill acquisition programs, including communication, social skills, self-help, and play skills Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members Communicate professionally with families regarding session goals and progress Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies Attend required trainings, team meetings, and supervision sessions Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred) Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities Ability to follow treatment plans and accept feedback from supervisors Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate children in a positive, supportive manner Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in ABA therapy, school, clinic, or home-based settings Bilingual skills a plus Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience with data collection systems or electronic documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
