Aerospace Quality Engineering Lead - Scale and Certify
Swarm Aero
Swarm Aero in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to build the quality function from the ground up for a factory producing swarming UAVs. You will shape quality across design, manufacturing, materials, and processes to enable high-rate production. You will lead ISO 9001 and AS9100 programs, steward supplier quality, and implement CAPA, SPC, and first article inspection to drive reliability and throughput across the organization.
