This is an excellent opportunity to continue your career in the field of Process Management./ppAbout the Team:/ppThe Product, User and Platform Support (PUPS) team provides application support for 9 applications within the Commercial Product and Treasury Management (PTM) Organization. This associate will work closely with internal application users, product managers, technology partners and others invested in system health and improvements./ppGeneral Responsibilities:/pulliLeading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives/liliCollecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to partners, senior leadership and executives/liliIdentify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities/liliTracking and resolving process breakdowns/liliUnderstanding customers needs of the process and driving process improvements/liliDeveloping and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams/liliActing as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions/liliMay lead a team and/or direct others on projects/li/ulpThe Ideal Candidate will also:/pulliInfluence well-managed, governance and content development processes/liliIndependently establish and maintain best practices for internal and organizational processes/liliAdvice and or develop user content to improve user self help capabilities/li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification/liliAt least 1 year of experience in Google Suite or Microsoft Office/liliAt least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree or military experience/liliLean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification/liliAt least 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management/liliApplication support knowledge or customer service experience/liliApplication experience in any of the systems utilized in commercial lending and servicing/liliCustomer Facing Operations experience/liliWorking knowledge of Google Suite and Jira/li/ulpAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position./ppThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
