Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Research Medical Part‑time, day shift; located at Providence Portland Medical Center, Portland, OR. Responsibilities The Research Clinical Pharmacy Specialist works with the cancer clinical research team to coordinate and develop investigational drug services for Regional Research programs. The role includes supervision of the IDS pharmacy technician and provision of direct patient care to patients enrolled in clinical trials. The position primarily involves clinical practice with educational components associated with research. Required Qualifications Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. National Certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire. Experience as part of an inpatient or clinical pharmacy service. At least 2 years of pharmacy practice experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree or PharmD or equivalent education/experience. Experience working with investigational drug studies. Compensation & Benefits Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amount is the base pay range; additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
