Title Dental hygienist Job Description We are located just minutes from the picturesque downtown of Stillwater. Our established dental office is looking to add a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Chart dental conditions based on dentist's observations and evaluations Patient care Make patients comfortable Sterilize dental instruments and tools Instruct patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care Take X-rays Salary Range full-time $50,000 - $57,000 per hour Benefits Compensation is based on the experience Paid time off Shift & Schedule This is a part-time position with benefits. Two or three days a week, flexible on days. Our office isn’t open on weekends, Monday to Thursday 7:30 -5 pm, Friday 8-1 pm. Requirements Self motivator Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor's preferred) Current state license required Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist a plus Excellent verbal communication skills Experience working with children preferred Basic understanding and knowledge of HIPAA privacy rules Preferences Dentrix Dentrix software and minimal computer skills are a plus but not necessary.
