Position Registered Nurse, Clinical Medical, Full‑time, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Location Boynton Beach – Bethesda Hospital, Inc. Responsibilities The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) is a licensed professional who demonstrates proficiency in core competencies, including: Assessment Technical skills Communication Critical thinking Interpersonal skills Planning Intervention Evaluation Flexibility Organizational skills Professional accountability Leadership and service The DPC RN delivers patient‑family centered care in a culturally competent manner, promotes evidence‑based practice standards of quality, safety and service, and supports a positive impact on patient experience. Qualifications Degrees: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Additional Qualifications: Acute Med‑Surg or Tele‑Oncology experience (1 year) or equivalent exposure. Preceptor class completion within twelve months of demonstrating independent practice competency. RNs hired prior to 2/1/2012 or 10/1/2017 or 10/1/2023 or 7/1/2018 may continue without a BSN; otherwise, a BSN must be completed within 3 years of hire. Additional certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, or Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider card) may be required. Schedule Full‑time Salary Range $33.70 – $43.47 per hour, depending on experience.
