What you’ll do: Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers. Process orders and support the supply chain from warehouse to order fulfillment. Work with account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales‑related data. Monitor customer accounts and assist accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date. Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in customer account management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
