Key Responsibilities Administer and oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution. Coordinate and conduct training sessions and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and benefits administration. Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organizational goals. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies. Support the implementation and management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
