Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in Gainesville, FL. This full-time role involves close collaboration with physicians, employers, and patients to create effective treatment plans and ensure cost-efficient healthcare while promoting return-to-work goals. Travel will be about 60%, with in-person visits required locally.
