Mandatory Skills : Techno Functional Appian Architect and Leader

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of Appian applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the Appian platform.
Guide and advise Appian Developers in implementing effective Appian solutions, while adhering to development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Appian technology.
Ensure that high-quality documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Demonstrate leadership qualities by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to the Appian development team.
Stay up to date with Appian platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge with the team.
