Manufacturing EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and quality systems for an established organization focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.This role works closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality to solve manufacturing challenges, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality.What You'll DoAnalyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectivenessLead continuous improvement initiatives and develop manufacturing aids, fixtures, work instructions, and standardized processesInvestigate production issues, nonconformances, and customer concerns and implement effective corrective actionsManage and maintain quality systems, including corrective actions, audits, documentation, and compliance activitiesPartner with Engineering, Production, and Quality on engineering changes, process improvements, and manufacturabilityWhat We're Looking For5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred2+ years of quality assurance or quality systems engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in metal fabrication or mechanical equipment manufacturing preferredAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Welding, or a related field preferredStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, blueprints, quality systems, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvementWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives while working directly with cross-functional teams.
