Created in partnership with Chef Andres Kaifer of Michelin-Recommended Customshop, Henrietta’s is known for seasonal dishes crafted wkth local ingredients, paired wkth a thoughtful beverage program designed to elevate the dining experience. We believe in creating moments of connection- through food, drink, and a warm, intentional atmosphere. Role Description The Floor Manager is a key operational leader in Henrietta's front-of-house, working alongside the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure every service runs smoothly and every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This role requires strong hospitality instincts, a natural ability to lead and develop a team, and a genuine commitment to the standards that make Henrietta's what it is. The Floor Manager is a steady, visible presence, partnering with the culinary and bar teams, maintaining consistency across a 120-seat dining room, and setting the tone for a dining experience that feels effortless every time. Qualifications Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating welcoming, inclusive guest experiences. Effective communication abilities for coordinating with team members, leadership, and guests in a fast-paced environment. Experience with hiring, training, and coaching front-of-house staff, including scheduling and performance feedback. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including service standards, menu execution, and basic safety and compliance practices. Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or venue management, preferably in high-traffic or experiential concepts. Ability to stand and move for extended periods, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure. Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by venue operations. Supervisory or leadership experience; a background in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
